Workshop Manager / Supervisor / Foreman VacancyLocation: Aberdeen£40k per annum, plus overtime and a vast array of company benefits 40 hours per weekMy Client, an established and respected Fleet Company within the Commercial Market, an organisation that prides itself on being able to offer a truly first class outsourcing solution are looking to expand the team at their busy and modern Workshop at their Aberdeen site. This is an excellent opportunity for an HGV Workshop Supervisor with previous Technician experience or HGV Technician with leadership capabilities to manage a team of likeminded HGV Technicians/ Mechanics in this busy and vibrant workshop. Ideally you will have main dealer experience as a Technician and some of this will be in a Supervisory capacity. Your remit as Workshop Manager will be to ensure that the Workshop Team are fully productive and up to date with modern diagnostic methods, you will also be responsible for training anyone who has a shortfall in skill sets so experience of this would be useful also, although the Client operates a shift pattern this is a day shift position.The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified HGV Commercial Vehicle Mechanic with at least a Class II HGV Licence and preferably have some experience working on Hydraulics and a diverse range of Heavy Commercial Vehicles.The technical remit will be to ensure all Inspections, Repairs, Tachograph Management, Servicing and General Maintenance are conducted within the agreed SLAs Location: Aberdeen£40,000 per annum, plus overtime and a vast array of company benefits 40 hours per weekReference number: OC9356SubSection: INDHGVOctane Recruitment Octane Recruitment is a specialist Automotive / Motor Trade recruitment agency.
