Job Description

Grace May is assisting one of our key partners a global business with the energy sector. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to taking things to the next level.The successful candidate will assist with duties for a small portfolio of nominated key accounts and support with account activities and communication in-line with requirements.The role:

  • You will be the first point of contact to receive and process customer orders.
  • Resolve all customer queries as efficiently as possible.
  • Ensure all customer requirements and communications for nominated key accounts are completed satisfactorily.
  • Develop and implement a growth plan for target accounts.
  • Administration of activities within CRM system
  • Diarise key account contract renewal dates (where applicable) and ensure that new agreements are in place in advance of contract expiry.
  • Carry out ad hoc duties as requested by the Business Development Manager
Experience required:
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Positive Can-do attitude.
  • Attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
