Due to anticipated growth and the coming out of lockdown, a fantastic opportunity has become available for full-time and part-time Chauffeurs to join an executive chauffeur company based near Glasgow Airport with requirements for staff based in Edinburgh, Dundee, Perth & Aberdeen. The successful candidates will work on a flexible basis on a two chauffeurs to one vehicles basis sharing 7 days per week coverage and will earn the living wage.The CompanyThis company prides itself on providing first class passenger comforts and creating a real VIP environment. The company was established in 2007 and has grown to become one of the largest executive transport providers in Scotland with over 20 vehicles including Mercedes-Benz, Range Rover, Bentley and a fleet of Classic Wedding Cars as well as providing 16 seat executive coaches.The Company now has over 25 staff including administration staff and mechanics at our Paisley Office/Garage with chauffeurs located across the central belt and further afield. They believe their success comes from a professional service and most importantly their great team of fully trained, uniformed chauffeurs.The RoleAs a Chauffeur you will be a key member of this company’s executive transport team and play an important role in newly secured and existing contract at airports & cities across Scotland. The Drivers’ main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- Providing a professional chauffeur service for business executives and other clientele.- Conversing with clientele in a professional manner (Speak only when spoken to)- Maintaining a spotlessly clean and tidy vehicle.- Drive in a safe and courteous manner at all times.- Be an important ambassador for our company when in uniform.The CandidateTo be considered for this Chauffeurs role you will need to be a well-presented, confident and articulate individual who is comfortable in dealing with clients. In addition, the following key skills and experience are considered important:- A full and clean UK driving license- Candidates must be over 30 years old and had a licence over 10 years for insurance purposes- Experience as a professional Chauffeur is not essential, but a good knowledge of the road network in Scotland and exceptional driving skills are essential.- Additional driving qualifications including Advanced & PCV would be an advantage, however full training will be provided.This role would perhaps suit semi-retired individuals with a background in business. Drivers with a background in the following areas would also be looked on favourably: HR, Health and Safety, Marketing, Customer Service, Languages, Armed Forces and Blue Light.Additional information: Positions would require chauffeurs to retain the vehicle at home overnight so off road parking in a driveway would be an advantage.
