Job Description

Are you a Property Manager seeking a new roleBidwells are recruiting on behalf of our client Abbots Ripton Farming Company. Abbots Ripton Farming company farms over 6,500 acres aswell as managingover 200 properties including residential houses, commercial & miscellaneous lets.This is a unique property management role which works alongside internal teams across the estate aswell as external development partners.What youll be doing:

  • Administration of new tenancy arrangements. Whilst keeping notes on existing tenants and properties.
  • Responsible for all rent reviews including inspections, administration of Key Prime Property, ensuring accuracy of invoicing and without delay to all.
  • Obtaining quotations for repair works and renovations.
  • Delegation and coordination through allocation and regular contact with Maintenance, Building Team, Contractors, ensuring quality control and customer service standards are met.
  • Coordination & liaison of inspection of Estate Properties, including Staff tenancies, as per compliance requirement and Estate processes.
  • Ensuring properties are maintained to comply with current regulations and compliance. Working alongside Bidwells.
  • Ensuring that new agreements are prepared by Bidwells in a timely manner. Also ensuring information requested by Bidwells is provided.
  • Responsible for preparing Photographic inventories as required.
  • Responsible for the liaison with external Estate Agent to market new property lettings in conjunction with the Estate Manager.
  • Accountable for administration processes around incoming and outgoing tenants, minimising Estate liabilities during this process through the reading of meters and submission of accounts to external utility companies.
  • Ensuring debts are paid with the Finance Team.
  • Be accountable in the production of monthly commentary and a review of overdue debtors and actions taken.

  • Excellent understanding of procurement processes and finances.
  • Must be able to use own initiative, self-motivated.
  • Accuracy with particular attention to detail
  • Full driving licence and access to a car to be used for business use
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Up to £35,000.00 per year
