Job Description

Are you a highly experienced Office Administrator seeking a new and varied role Would you like to work in a rural setting between Peterborough and Huntingdon Read onThis is a unique administration role which works alongside internal teams as well as external customers, including contractors, tradespeople, corporate suppliers and many more. It is a very small team and there is flexibility and opportunity to really makea difference and make this job your own!What youll be doing:

  • Accountable for managing diary reminder system re: key dates and events
  • Administration of new tenancy arrangements
  • Managing and maintaining notes on existing tenants and properties in Key Prime Property system
  • Obtaining quotations for repair works and renovations
  • Accountable for full compliance for the utilities
  • Liaising with external Estate Agents and Land Agents
  • Accountable for administration processes around incoming and outgoing tenants
  • Working with the Finance team to ensure Debts are fully paid
  • General Office cover for lunch times and for annual leave and ad hoc tasks
About you:
  • Essential - you must be highly computer literate, confident to learn new systems and work with CRM system
  • Administrative and organisational skills - good attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Values driven and prides self on being professional and have exceptional customer service skills
  • Self-motivated who wants to be part of a team, focused on providing solutions and contributing to the organisation
  • Excellent understanding of procurement processes and finances. Interested in property and Estate Management
  • Full driving licence and access to a car to be used for business use
