Service Care Solutions are currently working with Hertfordshrie County Council and are looking for a Support Worker to work at TANNERSWOOD CLOSE. They provide their service to help support adults with physical disabilities, learning difficulties and challenging behaviour. There will be a variety of shifts on offer including days, nights and sleep ins!
