This will be a reactive position where you could find yourself deployed at a moment’s notice to work as an Interim Service Manager. This could include applying for the Registered Manager’s position with the CQC.You’ll provide strong leadership in services with challenging improvement plans, or a transition in service management, ensuring the actions to sustain quality of support and an engaged team are in place.What experience will you have

  • Strong operational background within care homes, including experience within a management role
  • A solution-finder, you’re driven by making improvements and will always want to see your home performing
  • You have experience in completing quality audits and have a strong understanding of the environments you need to create to get outstanding results
  • You have the ability to build rapport quickly, given that you’ll move around our homes, you’ll want to gain the trust from the teams and the people we support quickly. You’ll bring your team along with you on the change journey and be comfortable making decisions quickly.
