This role specialises in developing and building upon the success of the business to business side of the organisation. * Covering inbound sales leads into orders * Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients * Ensure sales processes are followed * Maintain accurate notes and records for companys * Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to the Sales Manager * Working to strict deadlines and agreed targets * Providing administration support and excellent attention to detail The successful individual will be dynamic and enthusiastic been able to control and manage situations. Ideally some up-selling or sales experience or passion to covert sales.
