It is a well-maintained country house with accommodation for 34 residents. It is set in the village of Yaxley, not far from the charming smallmarket town of Eye in Suffolk. It is just 20 miles to the north of Ipswich, the county town.This is an amazing opportunity to build on the homes current GOOD CQC rating and create a strong staff team to deliver first class care.As the Home Manager you will oversee all aspects of the day to day running of the home.You will therefore need to enjoy being autonomous within the role. Experience of being a registered home manager
Understanding of the legal requirements such as Health and Social Care Act/ CQC regulations/ KLOEs and rating characteristics,
Hold a full UK driving licence
