Job Description

Salary:Join a Top Employer 2022..Were looking for a Branch Manager to join our Yate Branch! to manage a highly enthusiastic team.You will ensure an outstanding level of service is delivered to your customer base and will also have full budgetary responsibility, as well as leading,motivating and developing the branch team.Up for the challenge Heres what wed like you to have:

  • Ideally have worked in a merchant / trade / retail sector
  • Excellent people management skills, ideally with experience of coaching, performance and attendance management, discipline and grievance
  • Good knowledge of a range of sales techniques e.g. counter/telephone sales, merchandising, maximising margin and proactive sales
  • Track record of successful business development
