Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join them on a 10 month maternity leave assignment. Due to the Clients rural location candidate will ideally have their own transport.Pay rate: £13.00 to £15.00 per hour depending on relevant purchasing/admin experienceLocation: near YaldingHours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday - less 1 hour break - 35 hours pwNo remote working availableWeekly paid (PAYE) via React Recruitment LtdDuration: 10 monthsThe role is to complete administration tasks for the Buyer.Administrator Daily Tasks- Check, Respond & File emails- Raise supply & hire POs

  • Hire Orders - Skips, Plant on Hire, Welfare units etc
  • Supply Orders - Mainly electrical wholesalers, Protectascreen, EDS, Architects
  • Subcon orders-Diamond Drillers, Agency Labour
- Check company framework for expired Insurances, request update spreadsheet & Vixen profile- Update Data Sheet- File ordersAdministrator Weekly Tasks- Print and sending data sheets- Send labour agency timesheets to site - then raise PO and send back to agency based on the hours worked (confirm hourly rates)Administrator Ad Hoc- Add any new Subcontractors to the company framework and insurance list.- Collate O&M manuals- Create Direct Posting & balance the Stock account- When Stock is taken - Update the Physical Stock held Reconciliation Document.- Order Electrical Stock Items- Invoice Queries - uplift hire orders, investigate price discrepancies etc
