Job Description

Vehicle Delivery & Collection DriverShift Patterns: DaysPAYE Rate: £10.00 Mon-Fri, £12.50 Saturdays, £15.00 SundaysHours: 40+ hours per weekIgloo has a fantastic opportunity for a car and van drivers in Wyton, the role offers drivers an excellent opportunity to work within some of UKs leading automotive companies who have operations across the country. Within this role drivers will be Deliveringand Collecting Vehicles across the country, driving a range of vehicles from small family cars through to high performance and high value cars.The Role:Delivery & Collection Drivers:

  • Drivers will be responsible for the delivery of brand new and nearly new vehicles to customers across the country.
  • Drivers will also be collecting vehicles from customers and returning them to the compound.
  • Vehicles will range from small family cars through to high performance and high value cars.
  • Drivers will be expected to drive different transmissions, such as, manuals, automatics, semi-automatics.
  • Drivers will need to have excellent customer service skills and will need to wear smart attire.
  • Drivers will need to complete Vehicle Checks and Damage Report via a Tablet Device with the use of Apps
  • Drivers must be willing to use all types of Public Transport (Some are pre-paid by company)
What kind of person we are looking for:
  • Must be aged 25 or over
  • Full clean, category B driving licence required and held for over 2 years.
  • No more than 3 points for minor offences.
  • Previous, professional driving experience is desirable
  • Confident in using handheld phone/tablet devices
