You will take ownership of all policies & procedures and manage all aspects of the office space and infrastructure. Are you someone with a positive attitude, that can communicate at all levels and has a drive to improve operational flowThe primary purpose of the role is to implement and maintain smooth processes and systems within our Support Centre. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to build relationships, being flexible to handle anything that might come their way. Youll be a strongand reliable support to company operations, maintaining and creating procedures, communication, and safety. This will allow the client to achieve organisational efficiency. You will also nurture the pleasant work environment the clients support centre colleaguesgreatly enjoy working in.Candidate Requirements

  • Essential to the role is at least 2 years experience of office and line management
  • Excellent time management, people, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Along with advanced computer skills, the ability to proficiently use Microsoft applications and an aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  • You will have experience of developing internal systems and administrative support.
  • There will also be a requirement to handle confidential information.
