Job Description

Payroll and Pensions AdministratorLocation: WymondhamSalary: £24,496 - £26,845 per annumOur client was established in 2016 with the purpose of bringing like-minded schools together to work in partnership to deliver a world class education to pupils in Norfolk and Suffolk. The Education Trust currently consists of 7 secondary schools and 10primary schools, educating over 5,500 pupils.Their Schools range in size from the largest state boarding school in the UK, to several very small, rural schools and they all share the belief that high quality education is broad ranging and embraces strong extra-curricular provision and an expectationthat all pupils can and should achieve.The RoleThe Payroll and Pensions Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that payroll information is up to date, audited and legally compliant and assist with the implementation of iTrent system development.The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Excellent attention to detail as well as strong literacy and numeracy skills, including having sound knowledge of statutory payments, deductions and court orders.
  • System savvy with an eye for improvements.
  • Experience supporting a payroll function in high volume processing.
