Job description: Change CoordinatorOverview of Role:The Change Coordinator role has responsibility for the end to end job management process, maintaining and ensuring all clients change and BAU activity is met within agreed service levels. Accurate and timely updates regarding change requests will need to beprovided as well as being the main point of contact for both internal and external clients on all matters relating to change requests and live job status updates. The role therefore requires accomplished client handling skills and the ability to identify thewider implications of a requested change.All working procedures are to be maintained and kept up to date while also assisting and implementing continuous process improvements.
