Customer Service Operative ADMINISTRATORSUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR ADMIN - CUSTOMER SERVICECustomer Service and Administrative Support WYMONDHAMI am seeking a well rounded Administratorfor a lovely client of ours based in Wymondham.I am seeking a motivated and driven Adminstratoroffering all usual attributes of a great employee such as a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, well presented Team Player etc but in addition I am specifically looking for candidateswho can offer the following:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience within in a Customer Service role.
  • A multi tasker, can work well in busy fast paced environment.
  • Great organisation and IT skills.
  • Clear communicator with good telephone manner with BOTH colleagues and customers.
As a Customer Service Operative you will play an essential role in providing professional customer service, acting as a single point of contact for the customers - providing excellent Customer Service and Administrative Support and the following:
  • Building and maintaining good strong, long lasting relationships with our customers at all levels.
  • Liaising with internal departments in relation to all contract matters (Customer Service, Accounts & Sales).
  • Ensuring a timely and successful delivery of all aspects relating to the service.
