Job Description

Customer Service Advisor / Key Account Manager - £30,000 - 45,000 PA DOE - Monday to Friday - Wymondham, Norwich - Full-timeHales Group have the privilege of working on behalf of a new client, who is known nationwide. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a customer service supervisor background, looking to take that next step to support the commercial team.The Customer Service Advisor will be the focal point for their existing clients across the UK, liaising between the Customer, and our Service Operations Team. Duties will change and develop to meet our ever-changing customers requirements. You will providea fundamental and essential role in supporting the day to day running of the customer facing operation.Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to key accounts.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships at all levels.
  • Overseeing Account Management, including negotiating various aspects of the contract and agreement to maximise profit and performance.
  • Preparation of sales reports.
  • Invoice reconciliation.
  • Preparation of KPI reports covering all aspects of the contract.
  • Develop new business and opportunities from existing accounts.
  • Liaising with internal departments relating to all contract matters (Customer Service, Accounts & Sales).
  • Attending contract review meetings, documenting the minutes for internal & external meetings.
  • Assisting with challenging Client requests or issue escalations as necessary.
  • Reporting to other departments.
The candidate:
  • You will be competent to become totally conversant with all aspects of these, as laid down.
  • The successful candidate will become fully conversant with the CASH Mentor system and Microsoft Access Sales Database.
  • You will be able to work well under pressure with the ability to multi-task.
  • Microsoft proficiency is essential, as is a high attention to detail and great team-work ethic.
  • Training on the use of stock bespoke software package will be provided.
