Job Description

Customer Service Administrator - £22,000-£24,000 PA - Monday to Friday - Wymondham, Norwich - Full TimeHales Group have the privilege of working on behalf of a new client, who is known nationwide. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join their team and support their customer service team.The Customer Service Administrator will play an essential role in providing an effective and professional customer service, acting as a single point of contact for our valued customers whilst providing excellent Customer Service as an administrative supportto all our accounts.Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long lasting customer relationships at all levels.
  • Liaising with internal departments relation to all contract matters (Customer Service, Accounts & Sales).
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of all aspects relating to service.
  • The role requires a proactive approach and excellent personal interaction with both internal and external Customers supporting our Customer Charter.

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
