Cover SupervisorLocation: WymondhamSalary: £22,369 - £25,409 per annum FTE (£17,623 - £20,378 pro rata) including an allowance for holiday payOur client has over 400 staff dedicated to supporting World Class education. The College currently is one of the top State Schools in the Country and is recognised as one of the highest performing State Schools in the East of England, this is backed up byits most recent Ofsted review which rated the College as outstanding in both Education and Boarding inspections.The College is focused on providing outstanding quality to their students and staff not only in education but also through its provision of exceptional facilities and accommodation on site across its 83-acre campus.The College wishes to appoint effective and reliable individuals who have a good rapport with young people to join their team of Cover Supervisors from September 2023.Cover Supervisors supervise lessons during the short-term absence of teachers, undertake administrative tasks in departments and assist in other areas of the College, including boarding houses as required. Some specialist knowledge in a particular area ofthe curriculum would be advantageous for this post but is not a requirement.From time to time, Cover Supervisors may be asked to accompany visits and trips out of College hours.All College staff enjoy a number of non-contractual benefits, including:
