In September 2021 the college opened their doors to their very new Prep School building, as well as their new boarding facilities, Underwood Hall.THE POSTBoarding House Matrons (Pastoral Care Workers) are an integral part of the boarding house staff team and play a significant role in the personal development of the pupils under their care. The College Prep School provides outstanding boarding care for itspupils and a vibrant, inspiring team of boarding house matrons are vital to this continued success.Boarding House Matrons (Pastoral Care Workers) assist the House leadership team with the care of both boarding and day pupils, with particular responsibility for the health and well-being of boarders and supervision of boarder during the evenings, overnightand mornings.Please see the job description for more information on the working pattern and hours.This role requires you to sleep overnight in the boarding house accommodation as part of your shift.
