Job Description

Job description: Change Coordinator AdministratorI am currently recruiting for a Candidate with experience with Microsoft Office, Administration, Client Communication and Multi-tasking whilst working under pressure. In return my Client is looking to train someone is Change Management whilst working withtheir portfolio of Blue-chip sized Customers.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to learn whilst you earn with a Company that are a leader in their Industry.Client

  • Ensure all clients change and BAU activity is met within SLA
  • Timely provision of accurate updates regarding change requests
  • Provide main point of day to day contact for clients, (internal and external) on change requests and live job status
  • Assist with the on boarding of new clients and services
  • Advising clients and Account Management team where required on: - Solutions, Technical Data, Production Capabilities, Mailing tariffs
Qualifications and Experience
  • Office working experience
  • Quick learner
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines
  • Some client facing experience
  • IT Literate & competent in the use of MS outlook, teams and Excel
