The position will require you to manage a team of engineers from graduate level to fully skilled senior mechanical engineers. The role will require managing projectsthrough the design department from high production runs to one off components, including simple conveyor systems up to more complex pressure vessels and heat exchangers. The role will also require you to support the production and project teams where requiredalongside being able to compile reports and planning for the senior management teamThe PersonThe ideal candidate will be qualified in mechanical engineering ideally to degree level. They will have a strong engineering background and have experience in varied projects showing their versatility. They will have a strong understanding of fabrication/weldingand have worked on heavy engineering projects.
