Milk Education are working with a primary school in Northumberland to hire a full time Learning Support Assistant.The school in question is highly successful and well respected within the community. You will be working alongside a supportive team of experienced teaching staff who will help and support you during your time at the school.This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is passionate about helping children to enjoy their learning and achieve their potential.The ideal candidate will:

Have experience working with children in the last 2 years
Have the ability to connect and build rapport with children
Be confident building strong positive relationships with pupils to help them progress both socially and academically
Will be able to work on their own initiative
