Contract Personnel are pleased to be working with a new Wroxham based client who is looking for a Sales Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.The ideal candidate will come from a [customer facing] Customer Service or Retail background and be comfortable carrying out the following job duties:• Engaging with customers and managing their requests• Meeting sales objectives• Liaising and building relationships with suppliers and customers• Providing an efficient and comprehensive advisory, sales and repair serviceEssential criteria for the role:• Previous experience working within the Jewellery industry (preferred, but training will be given)• Have a passion for fine jewellery and a critical eye for detail• Ability to communicate with customers and build rapport• Able to use their own initiative with a proactive approachThe ideal candidate:• Would like them to have a professional jeweller’s qualification such as JET 1 and / or JET 2 preferably (but not essential as training will be given).• Minimum of one year within the jewellery industry.Contract type: Part-time. 3-4 days per week (includes Saturdays) Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pmFull-time, 5 days per week (includes Saturdays) Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (42.5 hours/wk)Benefits include: sales incentives, staff discount, Employee Assistance ProgrammeFor more information, please send your CV to or call
