Position: Warehouse Operative - Beccles Area Would you like to take your first step into Warehouse work Do you have a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our clients team in the Beccles area on a full-time, long-term assignment, with the possibilityof a permanent role for the right candidate. Hours of work will be Monday-Friday 08:00hrs - 17:30hrs, but flexibility is required, also with 1 hour unpaid lunch break. Pay rate is £11.00 per hour, increasing once probation is completed. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in our clients daily operations, with responsibilities including: - Efficiently unloading packaging from containers onto a conveyor system. - Completing stock takes in a logical and timely manner. - Ensuring the accurate unloading and loading of containers. - Providing clear and precise information for stock takes when required. - Accurately picking and transferring stock from various site locations and internally. - Maintaining accurate delivery notes and recording incoming stock intake. - Assisting the department as needed. - Demonstrating computer literacy. The successful candidate will possess the following attributes: Essential Attributes - Availability for Monday to Friday shifts from 08:00hrs to 17:30hrs, with flexibility as required, and a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. - A methodical approach to tasks. - A strong work ethic and a "Can Do" attitude. - Team player mentality. - A commitment to maintaining stock accuracy and condition. Desirable Attributes - Experience as a forklift operator with a preference for VNA machinery experience.
