Well cover this during the assessment process.What youll be doingThis role for a Trainer will support the ongoing development, delivery and assessment of the Operational Technical training and Health & Safety requirements across Thames Water to ensure continued compliance with internal policies and external legislation.This delivery will embrace our expectations of Behaviours, Technical, Functional Competency, Professional Skills and Job Specific skills for every role in our business.The successful candidate will deliver structured business-related training to delegates, and assess appropriate individuals competence in the given subject, ensuring that feedback on course/reference material effectiveness is obtained and used for continuousimprovement.Its a really exciting time to join Team Thames as we go through a period of transformation.*This is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months*What you should bring to the role

• Training delivery background with a minimum of a Level 3 qualification or the equivalent technical experience in an associated field
• Passion to share knowledge and experience while supporting the learner journey
• Health & Safety or Technical training experience would be an advantage
• Experience in both face-to-face and virtual training delivery
• Conversant with IT systems, especially MS suite of programmes, PowerPoint will be predominantly used
• Excellent communication and engagement skills
• Willingness to travel across the Thames Water region to deliver training using your own transport is essential (travel expenses will be paid as per the Thames Water policy), so you must hold a valid driving licence
