You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, patient-centered care,ensuring that each individual receives the highest standard of treatment and support.Key Responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored care plans.
Administering medications, treatments, and therapies.
Monitoring patients conditions and responding to any changes.
Educating patients and their families on disease management and self-care.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and valid nursing license.
Experience in community nursing or a similar role is preferred.

Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and prioritize effectively.
