Job Description

Job Title - Depot ManagerIndustry - Automotive & TransportSalary - £30,000 to £40,000 per annumShift - Monday to Friday, Day ShiftLocation - BecclesI am currently working with a rapidly growing plant hiring and leasing equipment company in the Beccles area who are now looking to expand their team with the addition of an experienced Depot Manager.Requirements for Depot Manager:

  • Previous experience as a Depot Manager is essential
  • Ideally have a formal qualification to NVQ level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
  • Car driving licence is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective team management skills
Depot Manager Duties:
  • Deliver high standards of customer service
  • Set and ensure KPIs are met by the engineering team
  • Assist with the training of apprentices as well as new and existing members of staff
  • Oversee preventative maintenance
  • Ensure Health & Safety is being adhered to at all times
