Job Description

HR Systems Support AdministratorHours; Full time or part time (30-37hrs per week, all year round) will be consideredDuration; PermanentSalary; £20,387 per annum + benefitsLocation; North Notts College, Worksop About the RoleWorking within a busy Human Resource department, as the HR Systems Support Administrator you will assist the HR Systems Analyst with the administration, maintenance and development of our HR systems.You will assist with the disseminating of HR information and reports across the group and support individuals to use the systems effectively. In addition, you will perform key recruitment administration tasks for the RNN Group and Rotherham Education Service(RES).Key objectives of the role are;

  • General administration of the iTrent HR system related to all aspects of HR and Payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
  • General administration of the Ozola Timesheet system to facilitate the management and payroll of RES employees and their assignments.
  • Provide support to the HR Systems Analyst with appropriate system development to ensure we maintain a reliable and accurate HR & Payroll service.
In this role, you will be required to work to set deadlines for some key activities while remaining flexible for other duties, so the ability to prioritise your workload and time is essential.You willHave good administrative experience in a similar role or environment, as well as previous experience of using an HR management system (ideally ITrent). You will hold a Level 2 literacy and numeracy (or equivalent) and a level 3 HR qualification) or willingness to work towards). To be successful you will have experience of working within a customer focussed environment, demonstrating good communication skills both written and verbally and excellent IT skills across a multitude of systems/platforms. Department InfoIn this role you will report to the HR Systems Analyst and work as part of the wider HR team. The HR team also comprise of employee relations and compliance, recruitment and staff development and occupational health.Our excellent benefits and rewards package:
