Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a market leading innovative FMCG manufacturer to recruit a Fulfilment Team Leader to join their vibrant and growing team based in Worksop.Salary: up to £45,000Shifts: Continental Shifts -12 hour daysReporting into the Fulfilment Manager, the Fulfilment Team Leader will supportthe daily operations to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full.This is a perfect role for an experienced Fulfilment Team Leader who is passionate about promoting a people-focused culture with a drive to develop yourself and your team.Duties of the Fulfilment Team Leader include:

  • Holding your team accountable for delivery of customer orders
  • Provide coaching, support and supervision to the fulfilment team
  • Monitor and improve your teams performance whilst identifying and actioning training needs
  • Drive continuous improvements and problem-solving initiatives
  • Accurately plan and ensure there are sufficient resources to meet demand
  • Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic working environment
  • Work alongside cross functional teams, includingEngineering, Technical, Production and Warehousing
To be successful in the Fulfilment Team Leaderroleyou will need the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience leading fulfilment teams in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment (packing or distribution)
  • Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
  • Resilient and adaptable
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
