Job Description

You pick your hours15 hours per week over 5 days, based in Worksop.You will support the Admin Team Leader with all employee records. Working as part of the HR team you will:

  • Record and monitor absences, including sickness and annual leave
  • Respond to emails and requests
  • Maintain and update personnel records both electronic and paper form
  • Support with the transition of digital records
  • Undertake filing, photocopying, typing and collating information
  • Advertise vacancies, organising interviews, offers of employment and carrying out the necessary checks required such as references and DBS checks.
Dealing with sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times, you will maintain good employment relations and communication with all staff across the organisation.As well as dealing with telephone calls sensitively, recording messages and ensuring these reach appropriate staff members using agreed procedures.Sound like you APPLY NOW
