Job title: Credit ControllerSalary: £22k to £27k Location: Worksop Position: Permanent Hours: 36.5hrsDo you have Credit Control experience and looking for your next challengeThis is a Fantastic opportunity to work with a well established organisation to join their Accounting team in the Worksop area Duties & Responsibilities:* Chasing customer payments in line with payment terms to minimise bad debt* Handling of all tier 2 interactions received into Credit Control ensuring all requests are completed and successfully resolved within the agreed service level.* Look for process improvement opportunity for FSSC service delivery* Work to daily outbound phone targets set by team leader* Work to individual and Business Unit Overdue Debt reduction targets and Cash Collection* Work on customer disputes to help minimise outstanding G4S debt and escalate to the appropriate Business owners* Creating and categorising outbound service requests.Technical* Experienced in using MS Excel & MS Word* Experience of using Oracle/Exchequer/Navision would be desirableExperience* Working as a Credit Controller in a busy finance environment* Working with customers to resolve queries and issues* Managing multiple customer accounts to effectively minimise outstanding debtSearch is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
