Job Description

Software Marketing ExecutivePermanentWorcester£23,000 to £27,000About our clientOur client a successful IT security company based in Worcester is seeking a Software Marketing Executive join their company on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to assist in the development, planning and execution of holistic and comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to develop customer awareness, knowledge and understanding.Commutable distances to Worcester, include Pershore, Evesham, Malvern, Droitwich and the surrounding areas.Role Requirements

  • Plan, execute and monitor multi-channel campaigns using elements such as social media, web pages, webinars, case studies, exhibitions, speaker events, adverts, email marketing etc.
  • Provide communication support of in person events
  • Develop and manage campaigns to ensure that the customer process is smooth and captures all of the required knowledge and understanding to process actionable leads.
  • Develop specific measures for customer points throughout the process where data can be analysed to gain an understanding of how customers and potential customers move through the work flow.
  • Work in collaboration with product management to develop content including PR and news items
  • Identify potential link building opportunities, prepare content , organise for links to go live and negotiate rates/deals if required
  • Write press releases, company profiles and other content for the website, new product launches, print media and exhibitions
  • Plan , manage and deliver social media content according to strategy
  • Update the website and blog with relevant timely communications
  • Keep literature up to date and develop new content ideas
  • Develop knowledge of key clients and contacts and help nurture these relationship using marketing communications /automation and channels, whilst also supporting the targeting of new clients and contacts
  • Maintain and update CRM/databases to support email marketing communications ensuring GDPR Compliance
  • Help raise the company profile and act as a brand champion supporting the business with best practice
  • Plan, manage and deliver the marketing communications plan
    • Successful Candidate
  • Proven experience of working in a similar role in a B2B technology company
  • CIM or equivalent marketing qualification is essential
  • Excellent communication skills with a great eye for detail
  • Passion for all things digital and an aptitude for social marketing
  • Commercially focused and possess a strong work ethic
  • Ability to demonstrate pro-activity in managing several projects and campaigns at once
  • Proven experience of marketing automation systems (HubSpot)
