Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a growing granite and pre-cast concrete specialist based in Worcestershire. The company work within a niche sector focusing on bespoke memorial projects across the UK. Due to ongoing growth andplenty of projects lined up, they require an experienced Project Manager to join their team.The suitable Project Manager will have a good background working within a specialist sub-contractor previously. You will liaise between the companys specialist sub-contractors and customers to oversee projects from start to finish.Project Manager Position Overview

  • Oversee the installation of projects including ordering materials and supplies
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, consultants, subcontractors and others involved in the project
  • Assist with the preparation of Local Authority Tenders
  • Prepare budgets and ensure that the completion and production of the projects are completed safely, on time and within budget
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation to include plans and scope of works
  • Preparation of H&S documentation using HandsHQ
  • Frequent site visits and attending regular update meetings throughout the UK
  • Act as the first point of contact for sales, finance and the directors regarding questions relating to projects.
  • Monthly project valuations
  • Collating and distributing reports
  • Assist with sales and marketing campaigns for the business
  • Office visits when required (Worcestershire)
Project Manager Position Requirements
  • PRINCE2 qualification or equivalent
  • CSCS card desirable but not essential
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Full UK Drivers License
  • Ideally commutable to Worcestershire to visit offices when required
Project Manager Position Remuneration
  • Starting salary £40,000 - £50,000 (dependant on experience)
