(To work at office when restrictions are lifted) Basic Salary £30,000 Benefits include - 24 days Holiday, Pension Scheme, Life Assurance Cover, Interest Free Season Ticket Loan, Cycle to Work, Med24, Eye Test Vouchers, Payroll Giving - Charities Trust and Retail OffersPermanent, Full TimeMy client a well established and leading membership body is currently searching for a Membership Relations Manager at their Woodseaves, Staffordshire offices.As Membership Relations Manager your role will be to improve the member experience, increasing the levels of member engagement and keeping members for longer.This is largely an account management role, central in implementing the processes and technology to support the delivery of a first-rate member retention strategy to deliver on these corporate objectives.Specific responsibilities To own and deliver the key components of the retention strategy: on-boarding, proactive calling and off-boarding - account management.To produce engagement retention reports, including analysing trendsTo interpret membership retention statistics and report back on regular intervals to the regional teams and centrallyWork closely with the IT team to maintain and develop the CRM system, ensuring it is accurate, accessible and user-friendlyEnsure membership records and contact details on CRM are up to date and correctTo support member research, surveys and provision of member intelligenceTo communicate key messages and feedback from members to the appropriate policy teamsTo support and work closely with sales team to help develop leads and introductionsTo promote and upsell member servicesSupport the regional team when required at member facing events, shows and AGMs.Person specification Experience and skills:Proven account management or other relevant experienceDemonstrated ability to communicate and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.First-rate customer care and communication skillsExperience of working within the membership function of a professional organisationStrong skills and experience in using a membership CRM databaseKeen attention to detail and accuracy in recording statistical data and providing reportsExcellent organisational, administrative and time-management skillsConfident person, able to communicate with people at all levelsCustomer-focusedFriendly, approachable mannerGood team playerAble to travelAbility to work flexible hours when requiredHold a valid driving licenseTo apply to this role please send your CV.Due to the volume of applications we are only able to contact successful applicants.
