Job Description

We are seeking a full time, permanent, Junior Internal Customer Accounts AssistantThe company provides goods and services to the Horticulture Industry and has been established in the UK since 1974.We offer a pleasant office environment in a great location in Woodmansey between Hull and Beverley with free parking on site. You will be part of a small team working to support a wider network of employees based around the UK.Working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch each day.About the role

Data input, processing orders.
Resolving queries
Customer communications, phone, e-mail and in person
Warehouse duties, packing orders, fork truck (training provided)
General assistance to Finance department

Required knowledge and skills

Capable of working under own initiative in a small team
Plan and manage your time efficiently
Confident verbal and written communication
Use of MS Office package
