This leading manufacturing company, are looking for Maintenance Shift Leaders to join their well established team! Salary: £47,778Location: SheffieldHours: 4 on 4 off days and nightsA few of the many benefits: *Well established, financially stable company*Opportunities for progression *Bonus scheme*Death in service*Pension scheme*Secure and free car parkingDuties of this position:*This is a very hands on shift leader role, maintenance roles will be expected on a daily basis*Will be working on PLCs on a daily basis*Ensuring all PPMs and KPIs are hit *Attending to breakdowns from a mechanical and/or electrical perspective dependant on qualifications and experience*Planned preventative maintenance will be a daily task as one of the core values of the company*Working within a team environment so must be a team player, but also work from own initiative when needed*Mentoring other staff members within the role*Completing risk assessments regularly *Ensure yourself and the team are adhering to health and safety procedures at all times*Working to a continuous improvement plan to make yourself and the business the best they can be at all timesDesired experience:*You must have at least Level 3 or above in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds - Apprentice trained)*It would be advantageous for you to have HNC and HND qualifications but not essential *Ideally have 3 years experience within in a multi-skilled maintenance position recently*Must have supervisory or leadership experience to be considered for this role *Must be happy working shift pattern*Ideally have experience of working in an FMCG/ fast paced environment previously*Must ideally have 17th/ 18th edition to be considered for this role*Must have experience with PLCs - programming is desirable but essential*Must have worked within a manufacturing maintenance background previously*Must have the good work ethic, this company are looking for people who live to achieve and are optimistic at all times*Must be happy being a hands on Team leader and have proven track record of thisFor further details please contact Beth Roberts at Elevation.REFER A FRIEND!
