Account Manager: Customer Success for Health and Safeguarding Software.Remote / Home based. Office between Bristol and Gloucester. £30,000 - £40,000 includes Bonus + Benefits Established and fast-growing Health applications software house requires experienced Account Manager to work for an innovative company that are obsessed with customer satisfaction. The company work with high profile clients in both the private and publicsector with a collaborative, purposeful attitude to problem solving. They have experienced a period of rapid growth within their bespoke development and product development verticals of the business and are seeking an exceptional individual to join their talentedteam. The company create and manage bespoke digital platforms that save time and save lives. This is a remote position but with office space available should you wish to work away from home on your own schedule and we run a monthly office day where you cancome in and meet the team followed by a team social.The Role: Act on behalf of your client accounts internally to ensure they are accurately representedBe responsible for managing the accounts for three of the COTS products (circa 60-70 customers)Be the primary point of contact for clients when they require assistanceBuild an outstanding rapport with your clientsSit on the product change board for change that relates to your productsManage the NPS and product satisfaction questionnaires with the Service Desk teamEnsure a smooth and swift on boarding experience for new clients when handed over from their sales departmentIdentify up selling opportunity where appropriate (this is not a sales role and your primary objective is to give our client a voice, ensure they are happy, and they retain their business).Required skills and experience: Excellent organisational and communication skillsStrong people skills1+ years of commercial experience in Account management - will consider those from a non-software or IT backgroundProfessional, yet personable telephone mannerA keen interest to learn and succeedCapacity or an interest in moving into managing another less senior member of staffAny previous experience in customer service, customer success or IT, Software or professional services considered.What is in for me, you might ask Competitive moneyAbove average leaveInvestment in training and career developmentGreat socials (and I mean seriously great)Join a fun team delivering software that honestly helps saves livesPlease call Tim Morris on to find out more Account Manager: Customer Success Health for Safeguarding SoftwareGloucestershire - Near Bristol and GloucesterTo £35K + Bonus
