Job Description

Vacancy - Sales ProgressorBased - WoodfordSalary - £25,000 plus Commission (OTE £32,000)Hours - Monday - Friday (9-6)Are you a sales progressor looking for your next opportunity. Perhaps a sales negotiator looking to stop working on Saturdays! We are looking for a sales progressor to be based in our Woodford office.Objective:To oversee the progression of sales agreed for the Woodford, Chigwell, Forest Gate and Ilford offices and implement a core progression process whilst delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring optimum pipeline conversion ratesRole Specification: (Duties include but not limited to).

  • Checking AML and other compliance documentation supplied by purchasers and vendors.
  • To be an effective liaison between all parties involved in the progression of sales.
  • Reporting on pipeline to branch managers and regional director.
  • Responding to buyer, vendor and front office queries including with parties who have not yet entered a transaction.
