Brief OutlineWe are currently looking for an Estimator to join a well-established commercial fit out and refurbishment contractor working on small to medium sized contracts across the London and South East area.They are involved with various sectors including; Commercial offices, Education, Healthcare, Leisure, amongst other areas.About our ClientThe company have been operating for over 25 years. They have a wide and varied client base and a long pipeline of work for the coming year ahead.The business has a young, dynamic and energetic management team with a strong business plan in place.About the RoleWe are looking for an Estimator with experience predominantly in commercial fit out worksDuties:Ensure that all estimating processes and procedures are followed to deliver a submission following tender settlement Work within established commercial and operations team in preparation of competitive tender offers Undertake site visits to establish and verify asset information provided as part of the tender documentation Undertake a full analysis of tender returns received during the tender process Attend start-up pre-price and price meetingsAbout the Candidate Proven record in commercial fit-out contractsWider knowledge of the fit-out and construction industry Used to site visits and client facing activity Excellent analytical skills are essential, as are numeracy, literacy and communication skills in English Computer literacy in MS Office, ProjectPoints of Appeal Established contractor with a long pipeline of work and large varied client base Autonomy in the role with prospects of progression to higher management in the companys commercial team in the foreseeable future Flexibility of hours and remote working encouragedCompetitive salary and benefits
