Job Description

Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

  • Main contractor with a solid reputation and long established trading history.
  • Turnover in excess of £35m.
  • Projects include a varied mix of refurbishment and fit out, spanning prime residential, commercial and high end retail.
  • Project values typically £2m to £15m.
  • Enviable client list and very secure workload, much of which is negotiated with long standing clients.
    • The Role:
  • Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor required to join their commercial team.
  • Close knit division lead by very affable Director and manager.
  • Inclusive and collaborative environment, where career development is nutured and encouraged.
  • Initial focus will be on projects in Central and West London.
  • Position will be split between the Essex and London offices with regular site visits and an element of home working may be accommodated.
    • Successful applicants will ideally have previous experience in the high quality refurbishment or fit out projects and will have a stable career history.
