PART TIME - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – 22.5 HOURS You will be working for Industria Personnel Services Ltd. This is a Temporary role with the opportunity of leading to a permanent position for the right person.Our client isthe leading global provider of shopping trolley derived loss prevention solutions.and was founded in 1998 on the principles of innovation, quality, and service. To assist Accountant in general Administrative tasks.

Responsible for uploading invoice details onto customer portals.

To send out invoices out to customers in a timely manner.

Answer incoming calls delivering excellent customer service at all times.

Filing and copying documentation.

You will need to be/ have:

Minimum of 2 years Administrative experience.

Excellent IT skills

Organisation and planning skills

Methodical in approach

Have an excellent work ethic

Hours – Monday – Wednesday 9.00am - 5.00pm - 22.5 hours a week.Must have the flexibility to work additional hours every month end to assist Accountant.Pay - £9.00 per hour
