Job Description

This role is working for a IT Services company who offer a fast paced exciting environment and the chance for huge career growth. They are a friendly organisation and are now focused on finding a Dispatch Manager to join the team.Please note you need to drive with your own car for this role as they are hard to get to on public transport.As a Dispatch Manager you will:

Action and raise any shipping issues that could impact the client with our Service Desk Team.
Proactively chase orders that require shipping with the configuration Manager/Teams
Oversee the Exports Team
Liaising with courier services
Check transport consignments
Management reporting across multiple service lines
Liaising directly with Service Desk and key management via email, teams meetings, and telephone
Understand inhouse systems

The Person:

You need to be happy working in a fast paced environment
Have previous dispatch/ warehouse manager experience
Be friendly and able to lead a team
Organised
Good communication skills
A driver with their own vehicle
