Job Description

Warehousing and PMO Trainer Assessor - Home Based - Shropshire / West Midlands (Regional Role) - £21,000 to £25,000 depending upon experience / 28 days holiday, plus Bank holidays, pension, mileage, chance to progress your career to become part of the management team.The Role: Warehousing and PMO Trainer Assessor

  • This role is ideal for someone who is looking to progress their career. The role has come about as this training provider has generated some new contracts and has now exceeded full capacity, so a Warehousing and PMO Trainer Assessor is sought to join the small, friendly, vibrant team.
  • Working from home youll be travelling to meet your learners who are based across Shropshire and the West Midlands. Youll be delivering PMO level 2, Warehousing level 2.
  • Your learners will be apprentices studying to enhance their career prospects and youll be there to support them complete in a timely fashion.
  • You will be supporting your learners with their functional skills too and carry a caseload of no more than 40 learners. Sometimes youll be working on a one to one basis, sometimes youll be delivering training to a small group, but whatever the case, youll be sure to deliver high quality training.
    • Essential Requirements: Warehousing and PMO Trainer Assessor
  • You will have a track record of delivering PMO and Warehousing to at least level 2. If youve delivered Team Leading level 3 or Management level 5 that would be fantastic. Or if youve got a supervisory background and would like to progress to deliver Team Leading and Management and add another string to your bow, the client would be interested to talk to you.
  • As a Trainer and Assessor within apprenticeships you will have formal assessing and or training qualifications and have a working knowledge of the New Apprenticeship Standards.
  • To be able to deliver PMO and Warehousing you will have previously worked in those environments yourself so you will be able to draw upon your own practical experience when supporting your learners.
  • Of course, as youll be travelling around, you will need your own transport and a license.

  • This is an independent training provider based in Shropshire. They offer a range of accredited training courses and apprentices to companies spread across the Shropshire and West Midland area. Their specialism is warehousing and manufacturing, but their portfolio also includes some of the generics too. Their employers are a mixture of levy and non-levy payers but regardless of company size, a tailored, very individual service is offered to both the learner and the employer.
