Responsible for Management Accounts, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Treasury totalling over50 people, you will be very much focussed on people, process and scope. With the support of some very experienced and competent team managers youll be focussed on continous improvement, driving performance of the team as a whole, optimisation of technologyand processes and the development of a value adding team in a growing business.The Person

Fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
Technically strong and motivated by quality
Confident and supportive leader of people, you will have led accounting and transactional a team of at least c.20
Strong aptitude for systems with a growth mindset geared toward continous improvement
People focussed and emotionally intelligent, able to tailor your approach to suit the individual and situation
