Job Description

Are you an experience sales professional within the manufacturing industryDo you have experience within export salesAre you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a growing business, with a competitive commission structureIf yes, then I want to hear from you!I am currently supporting a very well established business within the fastener industry. This business operate within a number of different markets such as Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Nuclear and Defense.Due to expansion I am leading the search for an number of Export Sales Executives to join their team. This company offer a great working environment, with internal progression opportunities!Package Details:

  • £25,000-£30,000 (Dependent on experience).
  • Monthly commission.
  • 26 days holiday plus all bank holidays
  • Death in service (X2 salary)
  • Pension
  • Free car parking
Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the specified markets.
  • Responsible for the development of the areas through bringing on board new customers in the target areas, through prospecting & cold calling.
  • Attains sales goals and profitability through following the Export sales strategy.
  • Reporting to the Export Sales Manager in a timely manner on the performance of American markets.
  • To complete daily KPIS and call plans issued by the Export Sales Manager.
  • To develop the sales areas through arranging and completing on site customer visits.
  • To develop the sales areas through arranging and completing off site visits at the customers / potential customers locations.
  • To assist the Export Sales Manager and to provide cover to the International sales department when required
Key requirements:
  • Experience selling into a manufacturing, technical or fastener industry.
  • Experience in Export Sales.
  • Extremely driven.
  • Confident to account manage and bring on new business.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Money motivated.
  • Great communication skills
