Job Description

We are Karisa Healthcare, based just outside Wolverhampton City centre we are an independently owned healthcare recruitment agency that has been established for 9 years.We’re searching for an energetic, self-motivated, resilient team player to join our business in the position of Bookings ConsultantThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bookings Consultant to take ownership of a well-established desk with existing clients and a large pool of staff, you will be focussing on filling the Adhoc shift requests within our Elderly Care division and developing relationships with existing clients within the Private Sector.Your role:-

  • Hold accountability for the growth and development of your desk
  • Be responsible for the timely covering of ad-hoc shifts for healthcare staff
  • To assist with selling of Healthcare Assistants and Registered Nurses during quiet periods alongside the dedicated Sales Consultant
  • Be accountable for the service supplied to clients, new and existing.
  • Build long-standing relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Undertake on-call duties out of hours as and when required
  • The successful candidate will;
  • Have previous experience as a recruitment consultant covering over 2000 hours per week.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Will be driven to provide the best service possible to clients
  • Be able to think on their feet and be proactive
  • Be comfortable working towards targets and thrive under pressure.
  • Have a knowledge of Healthcare compliance.
  • Have excellent relationship building skills with clients, candidates as well as the office team.
  • Ideally you will come from a Healthcare Recruitment background, however other industries may be accepted if skillsets and knowledge are transferrable
