Job Description

Are you a passionate Process Engineer looking to join a well-respected organisation in WolverhamptonOur client is a market leader in their field and is looking for a highly motivated individual to join their team. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the production process. You will ensure that all processesand procedures are followed and maintain standards of quality and safety.Duties will include:

  • Provide analysis and corrective action plans based on statistical methodologies and advise improvements based on operational data.
  • Develop and update visual rash maps of issue areas and advise corrective actions.
  • Provide feedback to management and the customer on root cause analysis reports and process improvement suggestions.
  • Collaborate with Operations and HR to organize re-training and corrective actions to enhance process improvements.
  • Represent Engineering functions in review meetings, where appropriate.
This role offers the successful candidate the chance to put their knowledge and experience to the test in a busy and rewarding environment.   • Advanced working knowledge of SAP WMS system and functionality (desirable).
  • GCSE Grade B in Maths and English.
  • Advanced excel skills, including but not limited to IF statements, VLOOKUPS, nested formula and Pivot tables.
  • IT literate in Office, (SQL desirable).
  • Lean Six Sigma manufacturing (desirable).
  • Ability to work under pressure on several different projects.
  • Strong communication and written skills, with the ability to positively influence others.
Working on their day shift: Mon-Thurs 07:00-15:30 Fri 07:00-14:30Further training on company policies & procedures will be given.You will be rewarded with a competitive salary and a range of benefits including:
