PainterPermanent £14.00 p/hour = £29,120 per year + Van and Fuel cardWolverhamptonWe are looking for an experienced Painter to join a well-known maintenance contractor on a Permanent basis, working throughout the West Midlands, predominantly Wolverhampton. The Painter will be required to work in commercial and MOD buildings, so must haveCommercial experience.As a Painter your duties will include:• Painting works including but not limited to: of walls, ceilings, skirting boards, window frames • Prepping of areas including filling holes and patch plastering• Wallpapering• Working within Commercial and leisure settings. • Reactive and planned maintenance As a Painter you will need:• Experience in commercial painting• Experience of working on reactive and planned maintenance contracts• Valid CSCS Card • Asbestos Awareness• Full Clean UK Driving Licence• Enhanced DBS to be taken prior to commencing the role• NVQ level 2 or proven time-served experience• IT literate• High standard of work• Good communicatorThe successful Painter will be working for a successful business who have a strong foothold within the maintenance sector.
