Multi-trade (Ground works & Internal)Permanent £16.00 p/hour £33,280k p/year + OvertimeWolverhamptonWe are looking for an experienced Multi-trade to join a well-known maintenance contractor on a Permanent basis who has a background in the maintenance of the externals and internals of Commercial buildings.This role will be working throughout the West Midlands,predominately Wolverhampton.As a Multi-trade your duties will include:• Reactive & planned maintenance of internals and externals• Ground Works including but not limited to: slabbing, fencing, landscaping, new pathways • Internal works including but not limited to: Carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, plastering• Carrying out repairs to the Fabric of a building including door frames, walls and skirting boardsAs a Multi-trade you will need:• Experienced in Ground works and Internals• Reactive and planned maintenance • Valid CSCS Card • Asbestos Awareness - Desirable • Full Clean UK Driving Licence• Enhanced DBS to be taken prior to commencing the role• NVQ level 2 minimum in your primary trade• IT literate• High standard of work• Good communicatorThe successful Multi-Trade will be working for a successful business who have a strong foothold within the maintenance sector.
